My philosophy for building a bigger, stronger body is fairly simple: work hard, work smart, and master movements and exercises that help you perform at an extremely high level. My approach derives from several years of under-the-bar training and observing, and incorporates methods used by Jim Wendler, Louie Simmons, John Meadows, Dave Tate, and Joe DeFranco.

Ryan Nelson is an athlete, animal lover, and vegan-food fanatic! One of the most popular names in the vegan fitness industry, Ryan is a sponsored Posha Green super-heavyweight bodybuilder. Ryan inspires others to set and achieve goals in the weight room, in the classroom, and in sports and life.With his Midwestern values and down-to-Earth attitude, Ryan has made it his duty to promote veganism and animal rights through vegan bodybuilding.
